ഫെബ്രുവരി പത്തൊൻപതിനു പാലക്കാടു വച്ചു നടക്കുന്ന ഇൻസൈറ്റ് ദ് ക്രിയേറ്റീവ് ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ആറാമത് കെ. ആർ. മോഹനൻ അന്താരഷ്ട്ര ഡോക്യുമെന്ററി ഫെസ്റ്റിവലിലേയ്ക്കുള്ള രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഫെബ്രുവരി പത്തുവരെ രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ തുടരും. പാലക്കാട് ലയൺസ്‌ സ്കൂളിൽ വച്ചു നടക്കുന്ന മേളയിൽ ഇരുപതു മിനുട്ടിൽ താഴെ ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള 21 മത്സര ഡോക്യൂമെന്ററികൾ പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കും.
ചലച്ചിത്ര നിരൂപകൻ ശ്രീ. പി. കെ. സുരേന്ദ്രൻ, ഡോക്യുമെന്ററി സംവിധായകൻ ശ്രീ. രാജേഷ് ജെയിംസ് എന്നിവരടങ്ങുന്ന ജൂറിയാണ് മത്സര ഡോക്യൂമെന്ററികളെ വിലയിരുത്തി വിധി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുന്നത്. ഏറ്റവും നല്ല ഡോക്യൂമെന്ററിക്കു പതിനായിരം രൂപയും കെ. ആർ. മോഹനൻ മെമ്മോറിയൽ ട്രോഫിയും, സമ്മാനമായി ലഭിക്കും. വൈകിട്ട് നടക്കുന്ന സമാപനയോഗത്തിൽ വച്ചു സമ്മാനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യും. ഇൻസൈറ്റിന്റെ പ്രഥമ ഗാനദൃശ്യ അവാർഡുകളും ഇതേ യോഗത്തിൽ വച്ചു വിതരണം ചെയ്യും.

Delegate Registration has begun
Delegate registration has started for the Sixth K. R. Mohanan International Documentary Festival organized by Insight the Creative Group. The festival will be held on February 19th at Palghat Lions School, Palakkad. Registration will continue till February 10. 21 contesting documentaries, of less than 20 minutes duration, will be screened.A jury consisting of Mr. P. K. Surendran, film critic, Mr. Rajesh James, documentary director, will judge the competing documentaries and decide the winner. The K. R. Mohanan Memorial Trophy, Certificate and Rs.10,000/- in cash will be awarded to the best documentary. The award distribution will be on the same day at closing session of the Festival. The prizes for the winners of the First Insight’s Gana Drishya Awards will also be presented at the same meeting.Registration for the Festival is free of charge through the website
